This time, our featured guest is Christian Agudelo, MD, who joins the discussion this Wednesday, January 20, 2021. The Evelyn F. McKnight Neurocognitive Scholar in the division of Sleep Medicine in the Department of Neurology at Miami University Miller School of Medicine detailed his study which identified a link between poor sleep patterns and cognitive decline among middle-aged Hispanic adults.
