He discussed his team’s new study investigating the performance of a machine learning model to predict outcomes in subarachnoid hemorrhage care. The latest in our NeuroVoices series, dedicated to conversations with leaders in the neurology community, will go live on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. This edition will feature epilepsy specialist Martina Bebin, MD, MPA, in honor of Infantile Spasms Awareness Week. Bebin, who currently serves as a professor of neurology and pediatrics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Epilepsy Center, discussed the importance of raising awareness towards infantile spasms, challenges associated with the disease, and treatment options available and on the horizon.
